Mr. Carroll is the founder and Senior Community Planner focusing on housing economic, and community health issues. He works with clients to integrating public health and urban planning practices, to advance health equity; resulting in healthier communities. Carroll holds a Master in Public Health and will complete his PhD in 2019. He earned a Bachelorís of Landscape Architecture from SUNY College of Environmental Forestry. Carroll has extensive experience and training with SBA, NIH, USDA, and HUD. Mr. Carroll has worked with economic, housing and community renewal agencies throughout the northeastern United States, over the last 25 years. As an advocate for communities living healthy, he recognizes a healthy community requires a balance of economic, environmental, educational, ecological and social equity factors. Carroll strives for a collaboration of community partners, stakeholders and professionals to help clients develop strategies and polices to increase health capacities and improve the quality of life in their communities.
Vickie Andrews is a Senior Community Health & Economic Development Specialist focusing on developing strategies to improve economic conditions in communities . She holds a Masterís in Public Health (Walden University) and a Masterís in Business Administration (John Hopkins University). Vickie will complete her PhD in Public Health in 2019. She has extensive experience and training with US Department of State, USAID, and Virginia Department of Health. Vickie has extensive experience working with community and economic development agencies in the northeastern United States, for the past 20 years. She is a strong advocate for healthy communities. Her approach calls for a collaboration of community partners, stakeholders and professionals to focus on increasing health capacities of their communities and improving the quality of life.

Over 25 years of experience in both the private and educational sectors. She has very strong communication, and grant writing skills. Kelsch has met the challenges as an entrepreneur, and represented fortune 500 companies as creative problem solver. She is highly skilled at fostering and developing sustainable relationships with colleagues, clients and communities.
Jennifer Brandes, Community Development Associate
Ms. Brandes has a variety of combined experience both in real estate and community matters. She worked for many years as a paralegal in real estate before coming home to raise her children. She has 2 daughters with developmental disabilities, and a son. She serves her community as an EMT on the local ambulance service. She is committed to the community she lives in.
